Coaching on Zoom · 1:1 and small groups

Work with me

You know something has to change. Here’s every way we can work on it together, what happens in each one, and what it costs.

Next Chapter

12 weeks of 1:1 coaching$2,400

You’ve had the same conversation with yourself for years. You know roughly what you want. Life fills every gap before you get to it.

One call a week for twelve weeks. First we work out what you want under all the shoulds. Then we build a plan small enough to keep, and I’m there every week while you keep it.

How the 12 weeks go

The shape most women’s twelve weeks take.

  1. Weeks 1 to 3

    Work out what you want

Where you are now, what you’ve wanted for years, and what keeps getting in the way. Your written plan arrives after week 3.

  2. Weeks 4 to 7

    Try it small

You test the plan in real life. A class, a phone call, an hour a week on the thing. Each call we look at what happened and adjust.

  3. Weeks 8 to 10

    Make the bigger move

The one you’ve been putting off. The talk with your boss, the application, the lease.

  4. Weeks 11 and 12

    Make it last

We set up what keeps it going once our calls stop.

  5. 30 days later

    Check in

One more call to see what stuck and fix what didn’t.

The Tuesday Circle

8 women, 8 evenings on Zoom$650

Your friends love you, and they’d like the old you back. Your partner gets nervous when you talk about change. It gets lonely, wanting something different at this age.

The circle is eight women in that same spot, and I lead every evening. You get coached, and you hear seven other women work it out too. Hearing someone else say your fear out loud often helps more than anything I could say.

How an evening goes (Pacific time)

  1. A quick round. One good thing from your week, one place you’re stuck.
  2. Two or three women get coached in depth. Everyone else listens and joins in when it helps.
  3. Each of us names one thing to do before next Tuesday.
Tuesday nights were the one place nobody told me I was being silly. I applied for the nursing course in week six.

One-day reset

4 hours together on Zoom$900

You don’t need three months. You need one clear morning to stop going round and round on a single decision, like the job offer or the move.

We spend four hours on it together, with short breaks. By the end you know what you’re doing and why.

Bring a notebook and something to eat for the break. I’ll bring the questions.

  1. Hour 1

    Everything on the table

We write down every option, including the ones you’ve been embarrassed to say.

  2. Hour 2

What you want under it all

We sort it from what you think you should want. It often gets quiet here for a minute.

  3. Hour 3

    Decide

We test the top two against your real life: money, time, the people it affects. You pick one.

  4. Hour 4

    Plan the first 30 days

Dates, first steps, and the exact words for the conversations you’ve been dreading.

  5. After

    Your written plan

In your inbox within 2 weekdays, so you can stop holding it all in your head.

I came in with a job offer and a knot in my stomach. By lunch I’d turned it down, and I haven’t second-guessed it once.

Fair questions

Something else on your mind? Email hello@clairedonnellycoaching.com and I’ll answer it myself.

Is this therapy?

No. I’m a coach, certified by the ICF (PCC). I don’t diagnose or treat anything. Coaching looks at what you want to do next and helps you do it.

If depression, anxiety or grief is making daily life hard, a therapist is the right first call. Plenty of my clients see one alongside coaching.

What if I don’t know what I want?

That’s where most women start. The first three weeks of Next Chapter are built for exactly that. You don’t need a goal to book the free call either. “I’m stuck and I don’t know why” is a fine opening line.

Can I get a refund?

Next Chapter: if you change your mind before our second session, I refund you in full. Tuesday Circle: full refund up to 14 days before the first evening. One-day reset: you can move your date once, with 48 hours’ notice.

How soon will I feel a difference?

Most women feel lighter after the free call, because they’ve finally said it out loud. Changes you can see in your week, like a new routine or a hard conversation you finally had, usually show up between weeks 4 and 8 of Next Chapter.

Talk it through first

The free crossroads call is 30 minutes on Zoom. You leave with one clear next step, even if you never hire me.
